I'm an NVDA user and tried this add-on today. But it seams to be quite irreliable --- Sometime it successfully innitiate the download, and most of the time, nothing happened but only the starting sound heard.
I'm seeing on the git that the last commit was made on july15 (an year ago), So I request you to please take necessary action to maintain this add-on, that it is a great help for VI community to get their favourite videos in a highly accessible and efficient way.
