Claude always ask questions while running

It is a great project. I tried the project with Claude and found that while the code is running, the Claude always ask me questions every a few minutes? Like Do you want to proceed? Yes or No. Do you want to add it to a log? Yes or No.

I already added prompt in program.pd like You have full permission of creating logs of models. Do not ask me any more questions. Please continue autonomously with no questions.

But still the Claude still pops out questions. I wonder if someone has the similar problem and how you solve it.

does the: claude --dangerously-skip-permission still work? that could be a way to work around.
