Error on activation

Hallo Kartolo,
thanks for working on Direct Mail. I know, you and SSFGizmo are collecting issues for Version 12. I tried the step, because I am longing for a running version :-)

I got the code from here today. The activation runs in following execption:
(1/1) Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Exception\InvalidArgumentException
Expected to find class "DirectMailTeam\DirectMail\Command\AnalyzeBounceMailCommand" in file "/usr/www/users/wieses/webseite/grassbirdhabitats.eu/typo3conf/ext/direct_mail/Classes/Command/AnalyzeBounceMailCommand.php" while importing services from resource "../Classes/*", but it was not found! Check the namespace prefix used with the resource.

I am running TYPO3 12.4.8 and a freh TYPO3 12.4.10 with php Version 8.1, 8.2
