The code/XML comments snippets included to the extension (snippets/csharp.json) are not available in VS code 1.17.2 (didn't test other versions, though). The possible reason is missing "contributes/snippets" section in the extension manifest file (package.json).

If snippets are not added to the contributes section, is there a way I can still access them in VS Code?
