(Some What Fix) Steam doesn't launch after update, even with seccomp.

After updating steam, it tends to have issues loading the login screen. After some research and testing, the only way that I could get it to work was by adding privileged to the docker config override.

Here is (with testing) how I got steam to work as normal:

If anyone is willing to correct me on this, feel free. I am pretty sure there is a better way to do this, I just don't know how. 😅

This also will fix issues that relate to Steam requiring the "User namespace requirements"
