Can't be used with storageclass with WaitForFirstConsumer #181

Storageclass that uses WaitForFirstConsumer binding mode can't be used with ./kubestr fio -s <sc>. May be kubestr should auto mount such PVCs into a Pod and delete the pod and then run the tests.
