detect AFK #1

had this idea for a while. if a player stops moving for a set amount of time (customisable) their playtime will stop counting. additionally, an optional afk team could be applied to grey out their name.

would require handling the total_world_time manually (running execute as @a run scoreboard players add @s playtime 1). would also have to drop compatiability with stats tracker.
