Section 373. Disqualification for appointment as receiver or receiver and manager

Subject to section 372, the following person shall not be qualified to act as a receiver or receiver and manager of the property of a company:

 \(a\) a corporation;

 \(b\) an undischarged bankrupt; and

 \(c\) a mortgagee of any property of the company, an auditor of the company or an officer of the  
 company or any corporation which is a mortgagee of the property of the company.
