Proper Documentation

ISSUE:

Currently there is not specific documentation or instructions on how to add your profile to the Repository to contribute. This makes it harder for people to contribute to your repository.

FIX:

To fix this issue, you may want to include detailed steps in either or README.md or another file so that users can refer to the documentation. This will gain you more contributors as contributing to your Repository will be a lot easier.
