# of reads is different from statistics in 'Tracking' tab

In episode nodes, the number of 'reads' is lower than the number of reads of the node listed under the 'Tracking' tab.

Also would like to add the number of downloads of audio file for each episode

program host says: Before the website upgrade there used to be a page where logged-in users could see the number of listens for each show that was uploaded to the site. That was very useful and interesting information that I would love to have access to again. Please add it back to the new site!

The mismatch is because 1) the core statistics module counts repeat loads by the same user and 2) it is set to delete logs older than 1 month 3 weeks. You can increase that to 3 months 3 weeks or never, but the logs will grow quickly.

The filefield download stats module wasn't ported from drupal 6, and the closest comparable one only works with private files.
