Kee icon in form field causes field border to change

Caused by Firefox bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=379041

It's more or less visible depending upon the website in question and the platform Firefox is running on.

If Mozilla don't fix the upstream bug then it's likely a resolution to this will have to wait until a completely new way of overlaying content on web pages can be developed.
