Describe the bug
In Keep UI on Alerts page under CEL query textbox there is a button with text "CEL Documentation" that should lead to CEL documentation in https://docs.keephq.dev/overview/presets. But the link does not work, it redirects to https://docs.keephq.dev/overview/introduction instead.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Alerts page
  2. Click on "CEL Documentation" button below CEL query textbox
  3. See incorrect documentation open

Expected behavior
The link should lead to CEL documentation in Keep documentation

The issue with the "CEL Documentation" link is that it currently points to the incorrect URL: https://docs.keephq.dev/overview/presets. The correct URL for the CEL documentation should be https://docs.keephq.dev/overview/cel [1]. You can update the link in the codebase to this correct URL to resolve the issue. The relevant code snippet is located in the file alerts-rules-builder.tsx [2].
