[➕ Feature]: Mapping Improvements

The overall idea of this issue is to improve the experience around Mapping (and it could also be applied to extractions)

• Improve the experience of choosing matchers (shouldn't be free text or at least should be CreateableSelect)
• Show the uploaded CSV/JSON and allow to edit it(?)
• Show mapping logs for every incoming event (whether it was enriched/not enriched/what it tried to match on and so on)
• Execute mapping rule for existing event (debugging, related with the above ^)
• Improve the overall look of the table (the screen looks empty on mapping page)
• Sync mappings from GitHub repository
• Fix the problem where chosing Topology still looks like you are using CSV (texts in the creation sidebar)
• Support JSON (not only CSV/Topology)
