Something odd happens in the CI env (see eg. Release steps in https://github.com/keilerkonzept/terraform-module-versions/runs/1542725858?check_suite_focus=true):

[terraform-module-versions] error: fetch versions from "ssh://[email protected]/hashicorp/terraform-aws-consul": git list refs: error creating SSH agent: "SSH agent requested but SSH_AUTH_SOCK not-specified"

To do: figure out why & fix it.
