Layer Version ARN:
arn:aws:lambda:us-east-1:770693421928:layer:Klayers-p39-sklearn:2

Additional context
Also use pandas and mysql.connector.
Would like to use scikit-learn 1.2 but not sklearn 0.0.post5.
