Mangago remove (Yaoi) and other stuff from titles and descriptions

Describe your suggested feature

Having the (Yaoi) in the title makes migrating stuff from the source hard. Also makes tracking hard as well.

I've noticed that the (Yaoi) only appears when you actually open the entry in the app and also in the site.

Also, some titles have the author's as well, or an (Official) If possible, remove those as well please. Example: https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/trap_ootsuki_miu/

example for the special characteres they use: ﹛Official﹜, 〘Official〙, (Official) , [Official], 「Official」, /Official , 『Official』

In the descriptions, they always have this message "The following content is intended for mature audiences and may contain sexual themes, gore, violence and/or strong language. Discretion is advised." which always appears in the app. It's an default message which appears in almost all entries. I'd really appreciate if this message was removed as well, as it creates clutter in the descriptions...
