About how this scanner works

Hello !
Looking a bit into how this scanner works, I was wondering something : Would it be possible to make the same kind of parser for Genshin and ZZZ ? Atm we only have pattern matching parsers with screenshots, but if we could use the same method as this parser, it would be really practical.
Is it known if artefacts for example are sent through connexion packets too or would an analysis be necessary ?
