Feature Request --- Numbered Shells --- fshell

This is not a bug report. 

It is a feature request. 

Would you please consider adding the numbered shell capability as a standard feature.

I have republished `Noah` Friedman ‘s code — circa 1994 -- at  https://github.com/bx-blee/fshell.

It would be good to merge that in multishell.
