It might be beneficial to not show every resource from every course to the Moodle Site Admin and Managers. The server might take a performance hit and the list might be overwhelming.

Maybe a toggle in the block configuration to show resources for site admin / managers might be beneficial.

Thoughts?

As I see site administrator should not edit the content of courses so should not encounter the block...
For those are editing the content of the knowledge-tree I may hide the block, when the edited course is under the top category of the tree...
