[BUG]: Transparent blocks when mod "Fog" is installed

Before creating an issue, please make sure you have checked the following:

• This issue does not appear without Chunks Fade In installed.
• All my mods (not only Chunks Fade In) are up-to-date.
• Similar issue had not already been reported before in the issue tracker.

What happened?

Steps to reproduce

Using :
Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge 47.4.16
chunksfadein-forge-3.0.20-1.20.jar
Fog-forge-1.5.3-1.20.1.jar
embeddium-0.3.31+mc1.20.1.jar
MRU-1.0.4+1.20.1+forge.jar
yet_another_config_lib_v3-3.6.6+1.20.1-forge.jar

Issue only happens when "Fog" mod is installed.

Hi! I know about this issue, but haven't figured out how to solve it gracefully. Until then you can change "Fog Override" in the config to disable mixing fog with sky.
