-logdump flag doesn't generate output

I woul like to get the instrument log information from .raw files programmatically. I tried using the -logdump flag of RawTools, but no output is generated (while the other flags like -p, -mfg etc work).
I'm working with .raw files from an Eclipse, both DIA and DDA, all < 1GB.
I tried to make this work on both a mac and a Win machine, but in both cases I don't obtain the logs.
