Hey Kevin,

Great program. I'm working on finding a QC tool for my proteomics core and came across RawTools. While playing around with it I kept running into this issue. RawToolsViz crashes whenever I try to load a QC files, parse results file, or chromatogram file. Seems similar to #41. The QC, parsed results and chromatogram files were all generated using the GUI.

When I try to open a raw file I get the following error

The raw file is a standard QC HeLa DDA file, 300MB.

I appreciate the help.
