Edit files in docker

Sorry for the noob question
I am on Windows, local and I ran this way Khoj.
I want to edit the files so the changes appear on the docker instantly.

I know that I have to mount the local files to docker. Tried few things but didn't work.

Which is please the best settings in docker yml for this?
