Make .DEB = dependencies on old package names on Ubuntu Focal

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download zip file for Gingerbase
2. Use the make process
3. Use make deb
4. Installer is broken looking for old deprecated dependencies like python-parted instead of python3-parted.

Expected behavior
Deb dependencies should be for current version
