Investigate if it's possible to add a Vue component to JupyterLab extension

Haven't learned yet, but I think everything in JupyterLab is HTML, JS, and the JS part is done with React... though I could be wrong.

Libraries for loading Vue components in React, as tested:

• https://github.com/SmallComfort/react-vue-loader - no TS, and issues with webpack 4 (5 is out now)
• https://github.com/akxcv/vuera - no TS support

There is no support for extending webpack or babel configurations. Which makes it harder to plug Vue or other tools in the JupyterLab build.
