Common Methods - Missing the alias method

Hi, I'm not sure what's the best way to refer to a given file, but let's give it a try...

On the Common Methods docs, you're missing the alias method. It is not mentioned anywhere while most libs offer it.

Hi Joao,

This is intentional. We noticed that users were calling alias far more than they should and ultimately breaking their implementations. Our recommendation is to use our identify call where possible, but definitely feel free to use alias if you're comfortable doing so.
