Multi-select drag and drop

## Description
Enable drag and drop for multi-selected tasks in the task table. When multiple tasks are selected, dragging one should move all selected tasks together to the new position.

## Acceptance Criteria
- Multi-selected tasks can be reordered via drag and drop
- Drop position indicator shows where the group will be inserted
- Undo/redo support for multi-task reorder operations
