Feature request: Add dictionaries for transcription #118

Currently, there's no option to add a custom dictionary for domain-specific terminology. In specialized fields, niche terms are often transcribed as more common words. This requires manual correction each time.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a custom dictionary feature that automatically replaces specified words during transcription.
• Add new word replacement pairs
• Edit existing pairs
• Remove pairs as needed
The replacements should be applied automatically during the transcription process without requiring manual intervention.
Describe alternatives you've considered
• Currently, the only workaround is manual replacing, but its time-consuming
Additional context
This is a standard feature in established similar applications. It represents a natural evolution of the tool and would benefit all users.
