Transcription Language Detection Issue

When speaking in Spanish, it constantly transcribes in a mix of English and Spanish. I assume this happens because it phonetically detects that the first word is in English and then transcribes the rest accordingly. It would be great to be able to choose the transcription language.

When speaking in English - it transcribes to cyrrilic, always. How do I fix this?
