Cannot download Whisper Large 3

Describe the bug
After update to 0.6.2 from some old version Whisper Large 3 cannot be used. Tried to remove and install again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install
2. Download Whisper Large 3
3. try to transcribe
4. There is only error sound

Expected behavior
Transcribe should work with this model

Screenshots

On the screenshow: model is downloaded, but message 'Download model' haven't disappear.
