Cannot display the following and followed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Using Semaphore
2. Click on own avatar or username
3. Click on either Follows or Followers
4. See error

Thanks for reporting! This seems to be due to an unimplemented endpoint. We will definitely implement that once we got #458 done (which is actually picking up speed again; I'm just also busy with trying to find a new apartment and moving so I can't give a good timeline at the moment)
