Not Connecting to Device

i use my phone to use internet on my pc us hotspot so my pc and phone are same internet so then why it's not connecting?

Are you using the latest version of the app (v0.4.2)?
On the connection error screen, there is a run diagnostics button.
Please use it and provide the details here.

Also, are you using the server on Windows or Linux?
