Clarify Roadmap for Kivy 1.11.0.dev0 and beyond

The Future for Kivy is unclear since I cannot find official plans anywhere I can find. I found the info on the 1.10.1 release on the user forum, but that does not provide any information on what is coming next, and most people will not look there (they expect news on the website). Please provide more information about what is under development. The broader issue is:

• no recent entries on the Blog page
• no recent talks on the About page
• finding talks on YouTube is difficult since it is flooded with unofficial tutorials when searching for kivy, even a specific version number
• People may be hesitant to test development versions if they don't know what is being changed

Possible solutions:

• Add some kind of Roadmap which states what is planned for the next version or versions.
• Add some links to the YouTube channels or blogs of the developers if the blogs include information about Kivy.
• Add a news section to the website for major news (or add it to the front page of the website), such as releases and brief feature overview (and link to more details such as to the release post on the user forum).
• Clarify what changes will be in the development version after each release
