Currently Cairo1HelpersClass is required to be present in both v0 and v1 feature, however it's not used when running v1 test.
Thus, we can refactor the codebase to NOT require it in any v1 code.

Once done, we can update the kakarot-ssj CI workflow and not move the class to build/common.
