fix: https-connections link in documentation (aws#803)
* fix: https connections link in documentation The https-connections section was moved under troubleshooting.md but the link is pointing to the old https-connections section which does not exist * fix: use relative path instead of absolute path This makes sure that non-main branches can also link to their current branch instead of main branch.
