Merge changes from openshift-psap/kmods-via-containers for openshift/driver-toolkit #7

https://github.com/openshift/driver-toolkit is currently using https://github.com/openshift-psap/kmods-via-containers which is fork of this repo with rather small changes: https://github.com/openshift-psap/kmods-via-containers/commits/master

Maybe we can consolidate work here into a single repo?

What do you think @dustymabe @zvonkok?

@travier WIP, I will sync with @dustymabe as soon as we have all the parts. It is related to this: openshift/enhancements#357

We have some ideas on how to enhance KVC but not ready yet.
