This sub-issue addresses the data analysis phase for the Onboarding Experience Study for Knative Eventing (#130). This phase involves analyzing the organized data to identify patterns, common issues, and areas for improvement.

Tasks:

1. Analyze Data from Usability Tests:

Perform a thorough analysis of the recorded usability test data, identifying common pain points and user behavior patterns.
Use qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze user feedback and performance metrics.

2. Analyze Survey and Interview Responses:

Analyze the structured survey and interview responses to identify key insights and common themes.
Compare and contrast responses to highlight successful strategies and areas needing improvement.

3. Document Findings:

Create detailed reports documenting the findings from the data analysis.
Highlight key insights, user pain points, and areas for improvement in the onboarding process.

4. Prepare Summary and Recommendations:

Summarize the findings in a clear and concise manner.
Provide actionable recommendations based on the data analysis to enhance the Knative Eventing onboarding experience.
