Each sound should have its own volume setting

when a user changes the volume of a sound

  • add another entry in soundset.plist the sound item, ex: SoundFileOriginal_MailError
  • move original file to mailerror_original.wav
  • use ffmpeg to change volume on sound and store in originals place
