Ideas:

• guild meetings
• craftsmen/farmers doing afterwork/lunch break activities
• peasants critizing the law/ local nobles / supervisors
• politicians/nobels plotting and scheming
• peasants / politicians joking / complaining about (other) authorities [f.e. head of city guard, politicians, nobles, priests, bishops, tax collectors, admirals]
