This problem comes from the user's network, otherwise, it may be a connection issue from nova wallet. It's not related to the Koda website.

1. There is a network connection problem, and it can't even show the network fee on the wallet.

2. I have checked this account's transaction history. It shows that no on-chain transactions have ever occurred, which means he has never made any successful transactions from his Nova wallet.
