Propagate Item properties to Report file properties

Increase search and usability by transferring the root item's Title and Description property to the export file.

We were looking at a similar addition as well and maybe parent item as ours can be 6+levels. I also added in the root Items thumbnail into the report header for some jazz. I came across your github last week by chance and it was just what I was looking for.

Just reread the code, and realised the thumbnail was already in there as ItemBOM_Thumbnail.
