Changes in this release:
New functions and samples to add and attach non-CAD files to Vault. The new sample AddFileAndAttach also demonstrates how to leverage Vault file status information in rules.
All sample rules and functions are validated and adjusted for Vault 2022 API compatibility.

This is a pre-release due to the pending documentation update; it will publish with the release.
