`DependsOnMaven` and `MavenRepository` should be annotated as `@Repeatable`

This is required to allow multiple artifacts/repos to be declared in a single script.

Currently, tooling breaks because of missing @Repeatable

And imho for @mavenrepository the default arguments should come last in the argument list.

I could provide a PR but since it's just such a minimalist change, it almost does not feel worth it.
