Is it a library? Is it a template you should use before starting a project? How can you add it to an existing project?

svelte-mpa seems great, but I can't figure out answers to these questions and I can imagine other people facing this issue as well.

Hi, yes, this is just a starter template, so just need to copybuild.js, package.json, create _layout.html and one .svelte file to use or degit it to start a new project.

I will add this info to the Usage section on README.md
