A responsive search input field has been added just above the "Explore Your Favourite Cities" section.
Users can now type into the input box to dynamically filter city cards based on name.

- Sticky Navbar Enhancement
The navigation bar is now sticky and remains visible as the user scrolls.
Improves navigation accessibility across longer pages.
Ensures users always have access to core links like Home, Jobs, Contact, and About.
