Alarm Panel Driver - fully functional on ESPHome firmware platform

This updated driver for the Konnected Alarm Panel family (Alarm Panel and Alarm Panel Pro) is now feature-complete for Konnected's new firmware platform built on ESPHome. It now supports the following device types:

1. Contact sensor
2. Motion sensor
3. Smoke detector
4. Carbon Monoxide detector
5. Sound sensor
6. On/off switch
7. Temperature sensor
8. Humidity Sensor
9. Momentary switch (button)

We recommend that new installations use the new ESPHome firmware and this updated Alarm Panel universal driver. Existing users, who are currently running the original Konnected firmware, can upgrade by re-flashing their device at install.konnected.io and choose the ESPHome firmware platform for their device. Install this Alarm Panel universal driver and set up your device as new. Unfortunately, there is no automatic migration path from the original firmware/driver to the new one.
