'Accept/Reject' window is sometimes hidden and need to explicitly click on 'Kai Fix Actions' #34

Version: 0.0.2

I am seeing that sometimes I will run a 'Fix All', I will see the diff view presented but I do NOT see the Accept/Reject windows.

To 'fix' this I need to look for 'Kai Fix Actions', either unhide it or reposition so I can see it
