[RFE] Enhance Kantra for interacting with the hub API

It is desired that we support something in kantra that mirrors the capabilities of tackle-cli. At first thought I'm currently thinking of something like kantra hub <command>. This hub subcommand could support API interaction for whatever endpoints we want to include.

Some example commands:

• kantra hub application create creates an application in the inventory
• kantra hub application analyze analyzes an application in the inventory

This work can be done in phases.
