Use konveyor/enhancements#169 and convert it into a format the konveyor/analyzer-lsp can understand. Then this list should be narrowed in focus to support the migration from .NET Framework to .NET 8.0. A good application to start with is https://github.com/sixeyed/nerd-dinner to get us started.
