A: Separate setting for contrast of text and picture allows a better viewing experience. Especially for book with poor quality of scanned pictures, or too much light pictures. In those scenarios, increase the contrast helps to make the pictures more readable, but it would make the text characters deviate from the optimal settings.
Describe the solution you'd like
A: Allow 2 contrast settings, 1 for text characters only. and another 1 for pictures. And maybe a "In-Sync" option, if people prefer to adjust both at the same time.
(If this is already supported, please point me to the right direction; I have done searches, and going through the user guide, but didn't find how to do this)
Describe alternatives you've considered
A: No good alternatives.
Toggle settings based on reading text or picture ... no good.
Do some fixing of the pictures when prepare the book, this is possible. But would be an extra step, and may not be for everyone.
Additional context
A: My main reader is Meebook P78 Pro, its built-in reader has a similar feature.
edit by poire-z: renamed occurences of "contract" to "contrast", was a bit hard to read given that "contract" has some other meaning :) (Thanks, @poire-z , sorry about the typo. your correction got what I meant. 😊)

The letters are also a picture in that case.

I'm not sure I get your comment; I'm referring to pages with mixed content. Text Characters I meant proper text, rendered from fonts. And pictures are diagrams, charts, etc. And pictures may contain texts in pixels. In poorly made pictures, those texts can be hard to read based on contrast or Image Scaling settings. I find the contrast does more to improve than "Scaling" quality.
